of our company is customer service and our expertise in serving cost-effective housing
for displaced policyholders. Our dedicated team of housing specialists are always

A Note from the President

Jan Keffer, President
Jan brings over nine years of extensive experience from both the insurance and temporary
housing industry as the founder of Bridgeway Temporary Housing, Inc. She received
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Auburn University as has completed
the Associates in Claims designation. As a former insurance claims specialist, she
understands the demands placed on adjusters and the ability to satisfy the needs
of the policyholders. Jan has also worked with adjusters across the country as a
National Sales Manager within the temporary housing industry. Her goals for Bridgeway
are simple – Provide unmatched customer service and flexibility to adjusters and
their policyholders.
